Shipping Policy
Shipping is available within the USA, US territories, US Military Bases, and most Canadian Provinces. . For US continental 48 States orders are based on the weight of the product.  Oversized packages, special-order products, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada and Military Bases may cost additional. Shipping expenses will be calculated upon checkout except for international orders.  You will be informed via e-mail before your order is shipped if there are any additional costs. 

Orders for in-stock items will usually ship within 1-2 business days. Due to the nature of the PC technology business and the fast movement of product availability, items may suddenly become unavailable.  If this occurs, the buyer will be notified for a similar item or order cancellation at their request.  All packages bound for destinations within the 48 US continental States are shipped via UPS or Fedex*. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada and Military Bases are normally shipped via U.S. Postal Service.

Some items may be "drop-shipped" directly from the manufacturer. Most drop-shipments are sent via Ground UPS or Fedex and generally arrive within 5-7 business days.

To speed delivery of your order and ensure safe delivery, we may ship items from the same order in more than one box. All shipping charges are based on the total cost of your order. So, you will only be charged one low delivery price. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will notify you of your Tracking Number via e-mail.

Customs Policy
When shipping your order outside the US and US territories, you may be subject to import taxes which are levied when your package reaches your country. Additional charges that may apply for customs clearance must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these tariffs, and therefore cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further inquiries. Moreover, when ordering from AllPCDeals.com, you are considered the importer of record and consequently, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Your privacy is important to us. We would like our international customers to be aware that over-the-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In addition, we may be required to supply certain order, shipment and product information to international carriers. This information will be communicated to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and to comply with local laws.

Customs authorities require us to state the value of your order on all customs forms.

Payment Methods
CREDIT CARD: We accept American Express, VISA, Master Card, and Discover. If for any reason the information you provide for credit card payment is incorrect, we will contact you. If we are unable to contact you within 72 hours, the order will be cancelled.

We are PayPal verified and accept PayPal payments easily and directly from our site.  Please note that your paypal payment MUST come from a link directly off the checkout screen and not paid separately as this may delay your order.

Returns
AllPCDeals offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Hassle Free.  Please e-mail us and specify your order number, the product being returned, and the reason for the return.  Returns made without receiving an RGA or an e-mail contact first, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!

Returned products on all open merchandise will be charged a 15% restocking/handling fee. Credit will be issued for the product only. Shipping charges that you incur will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error and only if a replacement item is ordered.  In the instance that return shipping charges are refunded, we will only refund for ground shipping charges and a receipt must be provided.   Please indicate the reason for your return and be sure to include a copy of your packing slip or receipt.


Warranty Policy
All products are also covered by their respective Manufacturer Warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary and are included with your product. Please review any manufacturer warranty carefully for more information. In addition, AllPCDeals.com guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. Please note that Labor costs are not reimbursable. If you have received a defective product, and you wish to return it, please contact us by e-mail to receive an authorization to return. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to all items delivered to a New York address.
